Membership is open to all Masters and Past Masters who are subscribing members of a Craft Lodge or Royal Arch Chapter in the Province of Warwickshire.
The Lodge was sponsored by the Provincial Grand Lodge of Warwickshire in 1923 and meetings are held at Stirling Road, Birmingham on the last weekday of September (Installation), November and March and the second Thursday in June.
The Right Worshipful Provincial Grand Master nominates the Worshipful Master annually and the Worshipful Master appoints his own officers because the offices in this Lodge are not progressive.
The joining fee is £5.00 and the annual subscription is £22.00; brethren who are not members of another Craft Lodge will also have to pay their Grand Lodge fees which are currently £43.00
